At PLAYCARNIVAL, you turn your imagination into art! Kids dream big and learn real techniques through our playful, hands-on workshops. Polymer clay boosts creativity, recycling makes you think out of the box and fine motor skills as they shape and sculpt. They explore colours, patterns, paint, beads, painting on beautiful shapes of glass bottles, and upcycle old clothes, using stencils, markers, and glitter.

CRAFT WORKSHOP KIDS
Christmas T-shirt
Duration: 1 hour
Age: 6+ years
Kids transform their old T-shirts into festive, wearable art using Christmas stencils and bright acrylic fabric paints for their Christmas dinner party. This fun, hands-on holiday craft teaches upcycling and creative design skills, letting children make a unique Christmas shirt. Perfect as a kids’ DIY Christmas activity, holiday craft workshop, or festive art project to inspire creativity and holiday cheer.

Gingerbread house and Santa face
Duration: 1 hour

A sweet twist on the gingerbread house! Kids turn recycled bread-dough, cereal, perfume boxes into adorable Christmas cottages they will paint, decorate and use as a tiny vase or festive home décor. Kids can choose their favourite festive design — a Santa face collage for the little ones or a detailed gingerbread house for the bigger kids who love a challenge.

Christmas Baubles Decoration
Duration: 1 hour

Kids explore decoupage as they create their own Christmas bauble using one beautifully detailed festive napkin filled with different characters and patterns. They cut, glue and decorate their bauble to make a unique keepsake for the tree — simple, calming and wonderfully creative. finished with a glossy varnish.

Yarn Baubles Decoration
Duration: 45 min
Age: 3 - 6 years
Creating baubles using recycled cardboard circles and colourful yarn. By wrapping yarn around notches, they form stars and fun patterns, then add pom-poms or beads for extra sparkle. A simple, tactile, and eco-friendly craft, each child leaves with a unique, handmade ornament perfect for hanging on the tree or giving as a gift to a grandma.

Little artists bring Santa to life in this fun, hands-on craft! Using paper, colours and glue, they cut, layer and decorate festive pieces to create a cheerful Santa face with a fluffy beard and bright hat. A tactile, creative activity perfect for little ones to make a personalised Christmas decoration they can proudly display at home.

Before the session: Please ensure early arrival so the class can start at the booked time. There will be no extension of time, as sometimes we have sequential or early next-day bookings.
During your session: Lucia, a passionate, friendly (also mum) and professional artist, will guide your kids throughout the session.

Parents must drop off & pick up children in person.

Do I need to bring anything?
Just an old T-shirt, jacket, hat or any other clothes for the upcycling class. We provide all other materials and protective aprons.
Can I drop my child off and come back after?
Absolutely – you’re welcome to drop off and pick up at the end of the class or bundle.
Are the classes suitable for both boys and girls?
100%! Our craft workshops are inclusive, welcoming, and fun for all kids, no matter their interests or experience.
Can I book just one class?
Yes – book a single class for $35 or all 3 for the discounted bundle of $90.
